Breyton’s First Piano Recital!
Posted By jrmartin on June 11, 2012
Yesterday was Breyton’s first big piano recital! He worked for over a month to memorize his song, the theme song to Blues Clues! He played at the Rialto Theater in Loveland.
The theme of the recital was “Grease.” You wonder where they play Blues Clues in Grease too? Well, turns out none of the kids played songs to it… just his teachers played songs throughout it.
But B did amazing! Here’s his debut performance on the big stage! (If you’re wondering why he walks on stage the way he does, it’s because he’s following the tape line on the floor – very exactly :)
All the teachers out dancing and playing!
I get a kick out of this picture!
His teacher, Ms. Christie
Lots of love for the little man!
Great Grandma and Granddad, Grammy, Grandpa Greg, Grandma Kim, Aunt Lindsay
Thank you all for coming! Makes my heart happy to have our kiddos loved on! We love you!
You can hear Mara saying brother in the video! How cute!!
What a fun time! I am sure it was the first of many. Not only did Breyton do great, but his excitement was contagious! I will never forget how he looked like a toy soldier walking in with his arms down at his sides and trying very hard to walk on the line of tape…. he tried so hard to do literally what he is told! :)
AWESOME! Good job to your little man!
Wow! That was awesome : ) I loved the bit at the end when he clapped his hands together and smiles. He is awesome. Have you told him he is only four? cool, Jenn, very cool.
SO cute!
